I practice Counseling Psychology from a person centered, holistic approach. I have practiced in varied settings and have developed specialties in working with adults experiencing lingering effects of trauma in various forms. My personal goal in working with each client is to help them in their healing and create lifelong skills to transform the quality of their life.
